The Halloween Book Festival & Aliens to Zombies Convention Honor ‘The World Within’

Well, yes! The World Within has won another honorable mention. This time under the ‘Fantasy’ category at the Halloween Book Festival.
The Halloween Book Festival is part of the Aliens to Zombies Convention which will be taking place in Hollywood, California at the W Hotel on October 29 and 30, 2012.
This Convention also honors films, documentaries, short films, animation, student films and screenplays. Of course, as any other convention, there will be panelists, lectures and of course a Halloween costume party. From what I read, this is their second year in what promises to become a fun event that brings together visual artists, film makers, writers and creature-crafters from all over the world.

Here is the list of the Halloween Book Festival winners:

Congratulations to all who placed!

Congratulations with the honourable mention. I think that’s fantastic. Are you going to attend the festival in Hollywood?

Thank you Munchow. I’d love to, but it’s such a bad timing. The place I work for is moving to a new building and we all have to be settled in the new offices the exact same day of this festival, Monday October 29 and so, they cannot give me those days off, but I can plan and go next year. This looks like it will be an on-going thing, growing each year, attracting people from all over.
